She has worked in several capacities, such as a business coach, executive director, manager, negotiator, facilitator, and strategic planner. Jackie’s heart for the community is visibly seen not just in the business community, but within the non-profit arena. She currently serves as the Board President of Love INC. Kootenai County, and was a founding member of Charity Reimagined Inc.

Jackie has become well known locally for being invited to speak for local businesses, non-profits, and educational forums. She has been a guest instructor for the Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of Idaho’s - NIC campus, and the Teaching Program for Whitworth University. Jackie’s customers are a mix of both non-profits, for-profits, and municipalities such as Hospice of North Idaho, City of Post Falls, Kimmel Corporation, Gizmo-CDA, Newby-ginnings of North Idaho.
